If you have booked your trip through a travel agency, you must contact them to add services such as extra baggage, pets, fast track, and seat reservation.
For journeys with Widerøe that include another airline (for example Widerøe + Norwegian, KLM, Loganair, etc), additional services can only be added at check-in or at the airport. The exception is journeys in combination with Widerøe and SAS, where it is possible to add baggage and pets before check-in opens/before you arrive at the airport.
