If you are allergic to pets, you can notify us of this when you book your trip. Use the remarks field "Assistance". If animals have already been booked on board the flight, we will notify you of this and possibly offer an alternative departure. We will not charge your card before we have responded to your request. If we confirm that there are no animals on board, it will also not be possible to book space for animals on your departure later.
If you are allergic to nuts, oranges, or similar, we ask you to contact the crew at the gate and on board. The crew can then avoid serving food that may trigger allergies on board and ask passengers not to eat brought-in products containing allergens. However, we cannot guarantee that allergenic food will not be opened/consumed on board.
