How do I book a ticket?
You can book your journey at www.wideroe.no, or via phone booking. For bookings by phone, a booking fee may apply. You cannot book journeys on www.wideroe.no later than 1 hour before departure.
If it is less than 1 hour before departure, the ticket must be purchased via telephone booking or at the airport
Can I book multiple passenger types in one booking?
Not all passenger types can be booked in one booking.
For example, it is not possible to combine seniors and adults in the same booking, nor youth and adults.
These must be booked separately
Can I choose different fare types in one booking?
No, you can book adults, children and infants in the same booking, but you cannot choose different fare types for each passenger.
How do I change my ticket?
You can make changes from My journeys or from the link in the email confirmation.
What does it cost to change the ticket?
Rules for changing tickets vary between our ticket types. Changes cost NOK 690 per person for economy tickets, and NOK 450 per person for Youth/Student tickets. Any price difference on the ticket will also be added when making changes.
How do I cancel my ticket?
You can cancel the ticket from My journeys or from the link in the email confirmation.
Tickets can be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours after booking, thereafter cancellation rules vary with ticket type.
Can I change the name on the ticket?
Yes, provided the journey has not started or you have checked in, names can be changed in accordance with our rules for name changes. Passenger type (adult, youth, student, etc.) cannot be changed.
