Change trip
You can make changes to your flight via the link "Change trip" in the email "Confirmation and receipts for reservation", or the link in the receipt.
If you have created a profile, you can also change the trip inside My trips (link in See details).
If you wish to change a trip within 24 hours after booking, you must cancel the trip (full refund), and then rebook.
Other rules for changes and cancellations vary depending on the ticket type. Read more about our ticket types here. For all ticket types except Flex and Full Flex, the deadline for changes is one hour before departure.
Change travel time
It is permitted to change the departure date and time as long as it is the same itinerary and the same airline. Changes to another itinerary and/or to another airline are not possible. See tables below for change fees and costs for the different ticket types.
Cancel parts of the trip
Cancelling parts of the trip is free of charge. Use the link "Change trip" in the email "Confirmation and receipts for reservation", or the link in the receipt.
Cancelled segments are refunded according to the rules for the ticket type.
Change name
Name changes are possible on unstarted trips with Widerøe, SAS or combination trips Widerøe/Norwegian (no other airlines).
Name changes on Sports tickets are free of charge.
Change fee for name changes is NOK 600,- per person.
