One adult can travel with up to two children under 2 years, but this requires booking a child ticket for one of the children who must sit in a brought approved child seat/car seat.
Youth travelling with infants: First book the youth ticket. When you reach the payment page you will find a field at the bottom called "Passenger with special needs". Here you state that you are travelling with an infant.

Child seats/car seats for use on board may only be brought if they are approved for use in aircraft. Otherwise, child seats/car seats can be sent as checked baggage.
