On 5 June 2025, Norwegian and Widerøe profiles were merged, and you can now log in with your Norwegian account on wideroe.no – one of many steps to make travelling with Norwegian and Widerøe easier.
How it works depends on whether you used the same email address for accounts on both wideroe.no and norwegian.com before 5 June.
If yes, you had an account on norwegian.com:
- Your username is still your email address
- Your password is the one you used on your Norwegian account
If no, you did not have an account on norwegian.com:
- Your username is still your email address
- Your password remains unchanged
My password doesn’t work
If your email address was linked to a user on Norwegian.com, you should now use your Norwegian.com password – also when logging in on wideroe.no.
If you did not previously have a Norwegian account, your password should remain unchanged.
Regardless of account history, you can always choose “Forgot password” and set a new password, which will then apply for logging in to both Widerøe and Norwegian.
My username doesn’t work
Your username is unchanged and is the same as the email address linked to your user account.
If your email address does not work, you can either create a new account or contact customer service
Why are we doing this?
Widerøe and Norwegian are joining forces on login to make air travel in Norway and Europe as seamless as possible, as Widerøe became part of the Norwegian group in 2024.
With a shared user account and login solution on web portals and mobile apps for both Widerøe and Norwegian, our customers can use all our services with ease. All this while you only need to deal with one user account, one password and one set of settings.
Having one shared user account also enables Widerøe and Norwegian to improve our digital services in the future – for example, when we launch Norwegian Reward for Widerøe customers during 2025.
Some details are missing or appear to be incorrect / outdated
Widerøe has done its utmost to improve your user experience with a shared user account, and your username remains unchanged.
All users will still have access to trips that have already been added to their profile, and your newsletter subscription remains unchanged.
Details such as saved co-travellers / family members, addresses or other similar information will be based on data from the Norwegian account for those who had accounts with both Norwegian and Widerøe.
If you find outdated or incorrect information, you can update the information from your profile page – either via the web portal or in the mobile app.
