Where can I find the receipt?

If you have booked your trip on www.wideroe.no, you will find your receipt on My Trips or a link to the receipt on the booking confirmation that was sent to you by email.
If you have entered the wrong email address in your order at www.wideroe.no, you must contact us to have this corrected.

If you need confirmation of a completed trip, you can find this in the "previous trips" tab in My Trips, or you can use our service Confirmation of completed trip.

This service is not to be used for those who request cancellation certificate or proof of delay etc

These services are only available to those who have booked the trip on www.wideroe.no.

If you have booked the trip with other airlines or via a travel agency, you must contact them for receipts and confirmations.
